Yoga can be accessible to all body sizes, abilities, flexibilities and ages! Private classes are a great way to learn modifications to accommodate your body. Learn how to modify poses specifically to and for you and utilize props to your advantage. Yoga "privates" are great for the new student to build the confidence and comfort to walk into any class.


Receive customized private sessions from the beginner to the seasoned yogi, providing an endless array of pose variations, safe therapeutic exercises, and intuitive purposeful inquiries to target your fitness and wellness goals.
